Swedemount AB is looking for an experienced consultant through TNG who will take responsibility for the budgeting process, forecasting, liquidity management, and qualified business analysis. Swedemount is an owner-led company with about 80 employees, distributed between Gothenburg and Grebbestad. You will enter the assignment either as an interim consultant or as an employee of TNG during the period from May 1 to December 1, working on-site at Swedemount in Gothenburg. The assignment suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where structure, analytical skills, and business understanding are highly valued.

Your tasks

• Drive and coordinate the company's budgeting work for the upcoming fiscal year
• Be responsible for ongoing forecasts and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure good control over liquidity and financial planning
• Prepare qualified analyses and presentations for the management team
• Develop and streamline reporting in Excel
• Work with data visualization and further development in Power BI
• Manage follow-up and structure in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• Conduct business-related ad hoc analyses in a changing environment
• Collaborate closely with the finance team in Grebbestad

Worth noting

The role is based at Swedemount's office in Gothenburg and requires mainly on-site presence, with some flexibility. The working hours are full-time (40 hours/week) with trust-based hours. The organization consists of about 40 employees in Gothenburg and a similar number in Grebbestad. Travel occurs to a limited extent.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a Senior Controller and who is used to taking overall responsibility for budgeting and forecasting processes. You have worked with liquidity management and feel confident analyzing results, margins, and cash flows from a business perspective.

You have excellent skills in Excel and can independently build advanced models and analyses. Experience with Power BI is a significant plus, especially if you have worked on structuring and developing reporting. You are familiar with systems and preferably have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar business systems.

To succeed, you need to be self-driven, analytical, and confident in your skills. You thrive in an entrepreneurial organization where priorities can change quickly, and you are expected to contribute with clear recommendations. You have integrity, dare to set boundaries, and can speak up when necessary while being solution-oriented and collaborating closely with the business.
